A Love That Never Fails. 1940, London. Despite the encroaching shadow of evil from Germany, Jane Wilson's little world consists of the love, memories and happiness of those she loves best... but when she is torn from her beloved father and Grandmamma by a war she does not understand, she finds herself one of many children evacuated to the golden shores of Australia, away from England and all that she held dear there. In a new land, with a new family, Jane discovers, against the grief of loss and difficulty, the truth of her grandmother's words, "love never fails" in an unlikely way.
Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:8

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

The Crown of Life. During the years Emperor Nero ruled with a dictate hand as ruler over the Roman Empire, a fledgling group of the followers of Christ were secretly penetrating the corrupt, immoral force of Rome with a weapon more powerful than all the powers of Caesar himself. In the midst of Palace intrigue, and the turmoil of the Empire, a young tribune, in the household of Caesar, forsakes his former life as the son of a prominent Senator in his quest to find fulfilment in his life, and a Truth to live by. This is the story of Valerius Gallus and his bride, the beautiful young daughter of the Legate of Rome, Claudia, who captures his heart, and who is the only one who understands him enough to follow him in his quest, a quest that would be met by oppositions greater than themselves and would challenge all they ever stood for. Can Valerius and Claudia overcome the intrigue of Rome, the betrayal of a friend, the dangers of 1st Century Israel and the horrors that await them in the arena of the Coliseum? Or will the plots of an insane emperor and the jealousy of a boyhood friend conquer? Join Valerius, Claudia and others who face the struggle of light and darkness, life and death. Would they deny their new-found faith, or would faith triumph in their souls, despite the almost sure fate that awaits them if they choose to follow the path of the cross?

Blessed is the man who endures temptation;
For when he has been approved,
He will receive the crown of life
Which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
James 1:12

Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer.
Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison,
that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days.
Be faithful until death,
and I will give you the crown of life.
Revelation 2:10
